Please download the following registration pdf and turn it into the athletic office. Please include a check made out for the proper amount (see camp details page for cost) payable to MCS. Indicate the day(s) you will be attending, the name of the camper and their t-shirt size.
Registrations can be turned into the front office at MCS, turned into the box of Mr. Thompson or be mailed into school.
